I Love My Friends So today started out a horrible day. I had done some laundry yesterday and left it in the dryer. I was taking it all out this morning when I noticed that I had left a lipgloss in a pocket. I opened the dryer and there it was, empty. My heart sunk. I started to pull out clothes and every single piece had spots all over them. I called my mom in a panic and she told me to put dawn dish soap on all the spots and let them soak for a while. So 45 minutes and two refills of my soap dispenser later, I break down and cry. Just when I was reaching for another kleenex, my phone goes off. A friend of mine sent me a picture of a sign in the mens room from some restaurant that had German on it. Now I do speak a little German, I took 4 years of it in high school and have been to Germany twice, so he asked me to translate it for him. It says: Don't fling bull shit! I just about died laughing!! I totally forgot all about my clothes and just laughed!!...

First Day of School So today was the first day of the spring semester. I only had two classes today and weary about one and am so very excited about the other. I still have three classes that I haven't been to yet so we will see what I think of those. I have ordered some of the books for classes and get so excited when one gets here. It's like Christmas for me! I got one in the mail today and, I'm not making this up, it was wrapped in a brown lunch bag! It just cracked me up! This week I have a little visitor staying with me. Her name is Lucy and she is my mom's Dachshund. She is just too cute! She has crazy wild hair that just goes every which way. My dad calls her a little rag-a-muffin. Here is Miss Lucy. She decided to go sniffing around my place and she found a hole punch out. Lucy is also afraid of hardwood floors. My whole place is hardwood floors. So I had to lay out all the towels and rugs I could spare for her so ...

Working in the Craft Room So, after my not for successful shopping trip, I got my craft room all put together. I didn't find a desk but my mom did. She will be bringing it up to me along with a visitor that will be staying with me next week. I'll post pictures of that next week sometime. I've been working in my craft room these past couple of days and am enjoying myself so much. I'm starting to not want school to start Tuesday. I've been getting my books I ordered in the mail, so that is getting me a little bit excited to start back. These are just two of the notebooks that I have made this week. I have a couple others that I have been working on, I'm just waiting for the glue to dry. I hope everyone has fun this week and makes something fun! Fritz

Driving Back to the Big City. On my drive from the small city to the big city, I have a lot of time to think. I've decided to transform my guest room into a craft room. I rarely have guests, just my parents, and I don't like having a room that's not being used. So today I'm going shopping! One of my favorite things to do! Anyway, on the drive back to the big city, the landscape is quite beautiful. I used to think that it was so ugly. There really isn't anything to look at. The road just goes on and on. I changed my mind about how beautiful it is because it is very unique to this area of the world. There isn't anything to disrupt your view from seeing so far way. This is just one of the many mountains that I see way off in the distance on the drive back to the big city. This is the road that seems to never end! It just keeps going on and on and on! The quaint little farm house that I have falle...

It's a new year so I think it's time for a new beginning. As part of my new years resolution, I've decided to start a blog about my life. I'll post about school, crafts, and whatever else pops up into my life this year. I don't have much to say now, but as I get a hang of blogging and get used to blogger, I'm sure you'll hear more from me. Happy New Year and I hope 2012 is an inspirational year for everyone! -Fritz
